you don't need a h-code for this game both ITH (although with some trouble filtering) and VNR works fine (although you will have to manually find the thread as there are no settings for this game at VNR database yet).

No and pretty sure it never will be. As pretty much 99% of Japanese VNs especially newly released, like this one. So don't bother asking if certain new VN is translated or not, you will have better luck looking up list of translated VN and playing those. To start you i would recommend Maji de Watashi ni Koishinasai! and Maji de Watashi ni Koishinasai! S , use your google-fu to actually get the patch and the games.
