the v1.21 file is useless due to improper filename encoding,
some of the se audio file is not recognizable at all, result in program crash.

Yeah, it seems like all of them have the similar encoding issue, atm DLing a 1.0 version to see if that has the issue with the filenames.

Note that this is not an issue that is solved via 'just go JP locale'. It's an actual problem.
