Don't use standard instalation exe, copy "anioka" folder from mounted iso to Ur hdd and then copy over cracked exe from rar

If you're sure that the exe is'nt corrupted it mean that you miss on your system some runtime libraries that come from compiler used from the game developers;
you may try to install the 32bit version of vc++ 2005 2008 2010 2012 however today only fresh windows install lack the installation of those components; or maybe you ned one of the .net frameworks; xp isn't on the compatibility list so the absence of any fremework from 4.5 to older version may be the cause (xp only support 4.0 and older).
