you can use machine translation, ITH + ATLAS or VNR ,though its not fluent english.

or you can wait for someone to translate it

99.9 % of games are untranslated because it takes too much time.
if you want to play these games you'll either need to learn japanese (romaji level is okay) or use machine translation.
but if you want to play english translated games,just go to vndb.
i sorted the link for english translated games,windows only.
