Windows 7. Restarted and same problem. PC is in japanese language and all that usual stuff.

Disabled, still nothing. Every time I run the exe I get an error message like Saells on 1st page, except it's unknown software exception. Never had this problem on any other game I think.

Clean boot did not work. However, after I booted in safemode and reduced the character length I managed to start the game. Of course, it's impossible to play the game like this, but I don't know how to narrow down the problem. :/

Edit: Lol, I just started the game after a normal boot and now it works. Thanks for helping me, although I still have no idea why and how that worked.
