I played the demo and it requires you to type japanese with your keyboard. Just install JP input on your windows.

Specify the installation folder and just click "Next" when it asks you to enter the serial. Yeah, that copy-protection's too stronk (provided it actually is one).

I'd imagine NoDVD is required only if you don't like having image mounted all the time.

Just as engerel said, you just have to ignore the serial and hit next, then use the provided NoCD patch once the game is installed.
