Not sure what is wrong with the game - there's no selectable paths to take during any point in the game and it ends way too early. More than half of the CG Gallery is still unfulfilled. Potential patch incoming? I'd assume there is considering even the Secondary Character volume slider is broken at the scripting level.

Just applied the Patch that came with the download Girlcelly supplied. The patch just completely breaks the game. Start game and the first dialogue stops the game from working.

I somehow managed to finish the game and I have all CG and scenes unlocked.

What I did:
1. Run game without patch.
2. Started new game and after one or two scenes saved game.
3. Closed the game.
4. Copied patch.
5. Started game and loaded save.
6. The end

Softhouse-seal has released a new patch Update 1.02 :) and now the game works properly.
