Am i the only one who can't get the setup to work?

I even changed my settings to japanese locale but everytime i try to run the setup it gives me error.


EDIT:

Ok now i feel dumb...all i did to solve the problem was simply rename the folder where the setup.exe is stored with non japanese characters.
