Now, I haven't actually played through the game, but if the number of H-scenes are anything to go by (it usually is, for a nukige), this seems to be way shorter than the first 2 Bishoujo Mangekyou games. Those have entire pages of H-scenes, this one has 3. Not 3 pages, 3 scenes. Granted, they're pretty long ones, but still, THREE.

Maybe this just is a mini-chapter or something. The first 2 are still upwards of 2000 yen on Getchu, and this one only costs 840 yen.

Yeah, the price difference seems to imply it's a mini side story, and the next game is already announced. It's a shame there's only 3 scenes since Haru has such a great design, but at least they're on the longer side like you said too.
