It's the System-NNN Engine. Every game by Cyc Soft (Cyclet, Cyc No-Nos, Black Cyc ...) uses it.

You know, the "crack" in this game is just the start exe of the last Black Cyc game "Gokuin no Sentou". Because the version of Aisha you downloaded the exe from uses the same protection like this Necromancer game here, both can be started with this old Gokuin no Sentou executable . xD
They use the same kind of "protection" since they started with Cyclet. It's just an added activation implemented in the executable, which apart from this is in every game exactly the same and is only used to start the engine of those games.
You can also use the exe of an unprotected version of a Cyclet game. Most of the other Cyclet games beside Aisha released here are in their unprotected package version, so if you have some of the latest Cyclet releases, you could also use these.
