How do you save in this game? The Save/Load Buttons are not showing up in the text bar. And it seems that I can only quick save.

@apsody243 hover your mouse on the top of the window/screen to find the menu then click the appropriate one... this is the case for many newer games today.... other games even have these kinds of menus on the right of the screen...

While installing, I realized that some characters were not filled in completely, as they had question marks around it. Though I finished installing everything and setted up the game. When I hit the start bottom. This screen appeared. Since the characters for me arent completely filled in for some reason, I can seem to figure out what it wants me to do. Would appreciate the help. Running windows 8 if that helps or anything.
