You can do like this:
1/ Check the hook with name and the hook with dialogue (remember their order like 0000 - 0001 - 0002 ...)
2/ Choose the dialogue hook
3/ Click "Thread" ,then "Link To" the name hook => Set => OK
4/ Now the dialogue hook will have name in it.

I know you can combine threads but I don't think that's going to work unless you know a way to separate the literal double dialogue from the characters (it's not just repeating characters, but the whole sentence is repeated once. In short:

- There's 1 thread with the character names and the full line twice
- There's 1 thread with full line without a character name
- There's 1 thread with only the first glyph of the character's name
