the torrent you posted only covers the packs until HP, after that you need to install the VO (voice pack) and then the NP (Natsu Pack).

Here is the install order of all packs:

Main game
Visual Pack (VP)
Skill Pack (SP)
Natsu Pack (Summer Pack, SP)
Personality Pack (PP)
Gold Disk 3
FP (Fuyu Pack)
SP2 (Skill Pack 2)
HP (Spring Pack)
VO (Voice Pack)
NP (Natsu Pack 2012)

Once you have installed all those packs in this order, you can try to install gircelly latest pack, but i don't know if there are other packs in the middle between the ones liste above and this last pack girlcelly shared with us. I'll do some research...
