The main game doesn't seem to add anything new from the original, if the translation is correct.

It's in HD (but 800 x 600), contains all 3 additional routes (Kanata, Sasami and Saya) but doesn't have H-scenes.
Yeah, it is basically the PS Vita version (Little Busters! Converted Edition), but on PC.

HD? If it's still 800x600 than the graphic is still the same as the older PC Version...
Only the upcoming PS3 Version will be in HD(1280x720).
I think the only notable addition is the full voice(all characters voiced, except Riki) by many popular seiyuus from the PS Vita Version.
