I think you should guide everyone about any OS except Enterprise and Ultimate, since both of them have MUI. :D

I supposed those OS were NOT Enterprise or Ultimate edition.

The image, see your ISO file, is about 7 GiB and about 2 GiB dummy inside, I guess.

On a Chinese forum, Sumisora.com, a guy made a patch which allows you to use a non-Jpn interface and time zone. I tested it OK. If you want it: Link Jump Here

Since my Japanese is better and I like the Jpn interface so much, I will keep it.

Note: I don't remember minori was be able to actually stop any pirate at all.

All they did is hassling whoever paid for the game.

Proof is here... did it stop anyone here? Nope... If you were to paid for the game, would it stop you? Yes, you end up going to pirate site and ask how come you can't play the game but they can....

It's funny to say that the more they try to stop piracy the moron way, the more piracy they get... Remove all DRM, increase marketing effort (I don't see the OP on anywhere, and they DMCA any OP that appears virtually ANYWHERE) and stop being an asshole is the only real solution.

Preliminary things to note
I have both system locale and main keyboard language set to Japanese. This is merely a matter of convenience to me, it might not actually affect your chances of success in getting the game to run. However, it will not hurt to do so as you can simply change it back after you get the game to run, just to see if it works in your original settings.

Things to prepare
- Game torrent from this thread
- Keygen + installcrack, also from this thread's 1st post
- Actual game crack (perseus_patch.rar‎), attached at the bottom of this post. Crack was made by the awesome Chinese guys at Sumisora, and originally posted up in this thread by xankart in this post

Instructions
1. From the big 3-part .rar you get from this torrent, mount PERSEUS.mds found within the 本体 folder.

2. Open up i.png, found in the keygen+installcrack archive.

3. Go through the installation normally. When you reach the step indicated in i.png, run perseus.exe from the keygen+installcrack archive and press patch. If it works, you'll get a dialogue box saying "success". Otherwise, quit the installation and perseus.exe and try this step again. If you fail at this step too many times, make a post here; I might have bungled up the action order in this step.

4. A dialogue box from the installation will pop up asking for a serial key. Enter the key you currently see in your perseus.exe window, then continue with the installation.

5. When the installation is done, unrar the 2 exe files from perseus_patch.rar into your install folder. Run perseus_patch.exe. It should generate a perseus_crack.exe, which is what you should run the game with. This crack will also allow you to run the game with neither the game disk mounted nor time zone set to GMT+9.

Optional: perseus_seiya.zip is a 100% save file (from sagaoz.net as usual).
If you're running Windows Vista/7/8, unzip into C:\Users\<YOUR USER NAME>\Documents\minori\夏空のペルセウス\.

just one noob question. for the 100% gamesave, since theres only one user: me, on this computer, after click "user" the next folder I get to is "public". and instead "documents' I have two folders both saids"public documents" but both of them are empty and either has a "Minori" folder inside.

I run on windows 7.

anyone any idea how I can get the save to work?

Run the game once to get it to create its folders in Documents, then check your Users folder again. If there still isn't any folder there other than Public, then try going to Documents from the Libraries category in your Windows Explorer view. There should be a minori folder there.

You ask "did" in your question, so I assume you're referring to me specifically. No, I changed my timezone back to my original timezone after I applied the crack and the game still worked. Presumably, the crack deals with whatever nonsense minori did to make their game a pain to run.

I'm not familiar with Vistaliser; are you talking about this? If yes, I'm not using it, but as I mentioned in my original post, I do have my keyboard language set to Japanese. System language is still set to English though.

It crashed! And when I unrar the ISO file, after it finished and while moving the archive from Temp it went to Blue Screen of Death. I think the game doesn't want to be played by me. At least I got the "success" window but crashes before asking the serial. But I won't give up! ...yet.

UPDATE: Ready! It really was that the ISO gor corrupted when the computer crashed. So I unrar-ed it again, and it went quite well. I was expecting more time to install it, but it was pretty fast. So it really has a size around 5GB. Thanks Checkmate and Damegane!

Don't understimate the bsod, it mean that you have other problems samewhere in your installations.
Games and programs thad doesn't provide their own driver, can't never cause a bsod themselves, they just trigger the bsod from samething that work badly on the operating systems side, mostly the drivers of you hardware and include the drivers of virtual devices...
The game just warned you triggering that failure.
