Actually I haven't come around to playing this game until now, this is the limited edition so the protaginist should have a voice right? How come when he talks I don't hear anything?

Umm, you have to download the if story of this game which is : Otome Riron to sono Shuuhen. The append patch aka protagonist voice patch should be included in the game pack, install that patch and done :)
