why when I try to start this thing give me a strange message that I don't understand and don't start? if I use applocale, change the language, etc. the message change into kanji, katakana or what they are and the situation don't change...

i think you can change your location to Japan, and restart. Then it's ok

do you use applocale after changing location? don't do that, just run the .EXE. at least, i can play this game after i changing location.
if it still doesn't work, i can't do anything to help...

After you extract he rar and run the exe did you click the とらぶる・だいあり～ごーるど if you did don't click run the instal.exe install it and it should oppen.
