I does not work, I installed it and changed to japanese locale and everything

it says 1503 error or something:(

Same. Everytime I try to start the game the file that the patch creates in the Asign folder disappears.

I'm getting the 1503 as well, says its missing the original disk. Another copy on nyaa came with an alsignup, but it didn't work
