From what I've gathered from the official web site, it's more or less an enhanced edition of Dengeki Striker with added routes and stuff like that. If I were you I would get Mangagamer's release of Dengeki Striker to have most of the stuff in English and then get this one to play the added content in the usual Atlas/Google translation quality ^^. I know that what I'm doing (Still I'm frustrated that Mangagamer couldn't have waited for this version to be released and to release it instead of the old one TT__TT.).
