The message is telling you to put in the original game disk.

Obviously you don't have it.

If this game comes as an ISO, just mount the image while pressing play. If it doesn't use ISO, I don't know what to tell you.

I'm still figuring out how to get past this 'outside Japan' thing.

Are you using Applocale? Because that's the only thing I can think that's the problem.

I've changed all my setting to Japanese standard and it's still giving me trouble. I have a feeling this game needs a crack like all the Delta games do.
