Hello there, I know this is a whooping almost 9 years late, but the patch can be opened with 7zip, with a .exe file inside (checked on VirusTotal, it is safe). Extract and place the .exe file in the same directory as the game's .exe, and open with Locale Simulator. The patch with automatically patch the game file. The original then will be dh_makina.OLD, while the new, no activation .exe is dh_makina.exe
