i cannot find any walktru for this game, however there are only 4 choices and any of them has multiple response; the choice you made it's easy to understand but i'm reporting the walktru:

for 1 choose the first, for 4 choose the fourth, etc
note that Haruka and Towa are twins and are your true imouto.
