First post, sorry for the necro. Game doesn't seem to work, at all. I've followed the instructions, and it simply never works. Tried running an installation from the iso, then opening the Execle.exe, then running the patch, then MOP.exe, and all I get is an error message that says "Font data required for a display is not found". I've tried just copying the entire contents of the iso to my hard drive and doing it that way too, and it still doesn't want to work. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as suggested, and it's also not worked. I don't know what the problem is.

EDIT: And I've done all of this with my region set to Japanese, and I've tried it with and without LocalEmulator.
