I don't know why you can't see the attachment. But I search for it in google and I found a japanese page that I think have the same problem as mine https://awabi.5ch.net/test/read.cgi/download/1313997229/665. I don't know if it's the same but the 'forBDL & Shury2 2008.07 ' thing is the same.

I want to correct my earlier comment. I can download it just fine, it's just I can't install it for some reason.
