D3DRM.DLL is Direct3D Retained Mode, an older graphics display technology from 1997 that was removed from Windows 7 and Vista. However you can download the file below. Put the .dll file it in the game directory along with the game's .exe file. Without this component this game would not start on my Vista.

which passed my AVG Antivirus. Haven't yet tried the game in Win10 as still downloading from DepositFiles.

I found later you could just put the D3DRM.DLL into the C:\Windows\System32 & a copy in the C:\Windows\sysWOW64 (if you are using a 64 Bit systems. it needs to be in both. There is a chance copying it to the same folder as a game's .exe file has a chance to fail.
