The DepositFiles link still works--but has anyone else run into the problem where the text shows up broken, not in Japanese?

I tried to reinstall the game after my initial installation stopped starting entirely, registry problem.

EDIT: Wow, can't install it through Locale-Emulator--I just did that just two hours ago, now that doesn't work. Weird...but copying the files to a directory will let it run, but all the text is broken.
