The guy who posted this got banned from this site and I don't have it anymore due to my HDD dying on me not long ago... I tried my best to get some of the data back but most of them were corrupted or completely unusable (a lifetime of downloads, completely vanished into thin air). So I'm sorry I can't be of any help on this one but maybe a good soul can help...
I'll try to contact 4yvak right away about this, he's one of the rare ones on this site who still reup old stuff and helps out a lot whenever you're in trouble (by replying to requests which is just too rare nowadays). Let's cross fingers...
