However it seems that the version which you upload is same as this one:

Maybe they supposed to be same, i really don't know, correct me please if i'm wrong.

Unfortunately i have very scarce and possibly wrong info about version for which i'm looking for, i know that its publish date should be around this time 2002.06.08

But users on EGS have confirmed the operation of the 2001 version on the 64 bit versions of Windows 7 and 10 (https://erogamescape.dyndns.org/~ap2/ero/toukei_kaiseki/game.php?game=1608)

廉価版 (low price edition) just means the game was resold at a lower price than the original 2001 release...sometimes these re-releases add compatibility with newer OS (but not always)

You probably don't want the DVDPG version (https://vndb.org/r15816) as that version is to be used on a DVD player
The Windows release is what you should usually look for

CD for Windows https://vndb.org/r4978

CD usually means more disks as you can't store as much data on a CD as a DVD

Wow, thank you for respond and for information about different versions of this game^^
This mean that i indeed looking for the low price edition then, as the name of the original upload "(020621) [Multi hosting] 沈マナイ月 廉価版" suggest.
I guess its just rare and not many people have it in possession.
Maybe it will be re-uploaded in time, i'm not in a hurry^^
