蠱惑の刻 [NoDVD Patch] HELP Please

hello. I been trying to play this "old" game (蠱惑の刻). But i cant make it work, and i don't know why.
this awesome guy shine post it long time ago and it works. it says that come whit the no dvd patch, and id does but i updated the game, copied the patch but it does not start.
it says something in Japanese, but thanks to Google translate i found out that it says "please put the system disk,gain when you first start" which i take as insert the dvd if anyone
is good enough i will be very thanked/happy XD

That's what I downloaded, and I still get the Disc Error.

Never mind, apparently it's one of those games where even the Time Zone has to be set to Japanese. Everything's working fine now.

Sorry for necro thread but i changed app-locale, pc locale and even time zone japanese but still gettin same error ?

Change anything and everything that can be changed to Japanese. It's the only thing I can think of at this point. There may be something else you can change.
