I guess that's just a rubbish apk with offers. (-.-") I couldn't find the game. I searched the internet high and low. It was impossible to find. Delete that app. It's just junk. I wanted you to test the .apk file out and tell me whether or not it was actually the game or not. It's not. The game has been taken off Google Play in Japan and I couldn't find it anywhere on the internet. I'm pretty sure you need an .obb file to play this sort of game or a cracked apk so that it thinks you 'bought' the game when it's been actually hacked to make it verify the license automatically. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything. I guess it's bad luck...? :)

Just download a PSP emulator, download the Hiiro no Kakera PSP game and play it with the emulator, okay?^^ Sorry I wasn't of much help.
