There is a missing pic in the original file, the scanner has fixed this.
Please follow these steps:

• Rename images from "144_pg143.jpg" to the end like this:
  
  144_pg143.jpg > 145_pg143.jpg
  145_pg144.jpg > 146_pg144.jpg
  ...
  216_pg215.jpg > 217_pg215.jpg
  217_pg216.jpg > 218_pg216.jpg
  
  
• Add missing pic "144_pg142.jpg" in the original folder.
