Please follow these steps:

• Rename files like this:
  
  p040.jpg > p044a.jpg, p041.jpg > p045a.jpg, p044.jpg > p040a.jpg,
  p045.jpg > p041a.jpg, p048.jpg > p052a.jpg, p049.jpg > p053a.jpg,
  p052.jpg > p048a.jpg, p053.jpg > p049a.jpg
  
  
• Remove character "a" from renamed files.
