There is a missing pic in the original file, the person that worked the digital version has fixed this.

Please follow these steps:

• Rename files from "111_112.jpg" to the end like this:
  
  111_112.jpg > 112_112.jpg
  112_113.jpg > 111_112.jpg
  ...
  172_173.jpg > 173_173.jpg
  
  
• Add the the missing image "111_111.jpg" in the original folder:
  
  

I've added a fixed version in the first post in case you want to download the file again.
