Spoiler: Duplicate images

There are duplicate pages in the original file, the scanner has fixed this.

Please follow these steps:
- Remove duplicate pics "img066.jpg" & "img073.jpg"
- Add missing pic "img076b.jpg" between images "img076.jpg" & "img077.jpg"
- Add missing pic "img101b.jpg" between images "img101.jpg" & "img102.jpg"



- Rename files as you like.
