There are other older posts on this game from last year but most of the links are broken and the cd cracks are malware files.

Plenty of cracked .exe files, and even some untampered game files, will be identified as "malware" by overly-sensitive antiviruses because of how they work. If you're using an online aggregate scanner like virustotal.com, the general consensus is that it's best to just pay attention to Microsoft, Malwarebytes and ESED-NOD32.

And personally, I've yet to encounter any problems after using always_smile's cracks.

I was using virus total and Microsoft along with multiple others flag each download. Win 10 also removes them when i try to place them in the game folder. I assume you are talking about the user always_smile. I have not seen him post cracks for the game

I was wrong, he does have post cracks, but i get 404 errors

Yeah, sometimes even Microsoft will flag it, so you'll have to add the game's folder to the 'Excluded files and locations' list on your Microsoft Security Essentials, then download the crack directly into that folder.

Thank you very much. I got it to work. I still worry a bit that 8 or so virus scanners pick up Occamy.C or some variation.
