There two missing pages in the original file, the scanner has fixed this.
Please follow these steps:

• Add missing pics "Mujin518_047a.jpg" and "Mujin518_047b.jpg" in the original folder, between pages "Mujin518_047.jpg" and "Mujin518_048.jpg".
