Hi there, I'm not sure if I missed anything but could you tell me how to install this? I tried installing few times but couldn't open

Having trouble starting the program.

1. Installation was successful
2. Ran "_NOCDP~1" (it made ryouzyokusou.OLD and Apart.OLD)
3. Applocale says it's unnecessary (b/c I'm using Win7 in Japanese?)
4. When I start the game from IHSetup or by double-clicking "ryouzyokusou", error appears and says "loader couldn't initialize service"

Anything I could do to fix? I am assuming this version of game cannot run in windows 7 64 bit...
