Original scanner of the book has made some correction in the file. Please follow these steps:

• Remove duplicate images: "192_0192.jpg" & "193_0193.jpg"
  
  
• Rename pics from "194_0194.jpg" to the end like this:
  
  "194_0194.jpg" > "192_0192.jpg"
  "195_0195.jpg" > "193_0193.jpg"
  ...
  "198_0198.jpg" > "196_0196.jpg"
  
  
• Replace image "192_0192.jpg"
