thank you for keeping this actual but in fact this is _binary_ the same version as it was before.
At start it also shows it is "Build_2023/11/16-16:41" as it was for #70.

According to the author's blog the latest version should be #73 https://ci-en.dlsite.com/creator/1656/article/1084237
and it is released in Steam with name "Mad Island".

the game it's censored on steam, the author said he will make a patch site for the full version so I think that should be better
