Hiyama Eisuke, a struggling actor in Tokyo, possesses a unique but troublesome ability-he can hear the voices of spirits who died untimely deaths. Despite his aspirations for stardom, he's stuck in minor roles and barely scraping by. One day, after being tormented by another haunted property, Hiyama visits "Amami Real Estate" to complain. The president, Amami Goro, reveals he knows about Hiyama's ability and offers him a lucrative part-time job. The task is to live in a luxury apartment where a woman allegedly committed suicide five years ago. The property has a dark history: 10 tenants have moved in and out quickly, with some becoming mentally unstable and even attempting suicide. Amami wants Hiyama to prove the apartment is safe and "launder" its image.
Lured by the high pay, Hiyama accepts the offer. However, upon moving in, he hears a shocking revelation-the woman's voice claims she was murdered, not a suicide. This unexpected twist throws Hiyama into a chilling mystery, blurring the line between truth and illusion.
