Ramen lovers Tsuchida Teruyuki and Matsumura Sayuri, also known as Sayuringo, go on a road trip around Tohoku to enjoy the best ramen in each region!
The trip starts in Shirakawa City, Fukushima Prefecture, the gateway to Tohoku. Fukushima is famous for Kitakata ramen, but this time they're trying Shirakawa ramen. The unique service surprises the two!
Next, they head to the ramen kingdom of Yamagata. Here, they visit two ramen shops filled with love, guided by a local ramen-loving announcer.
They then head north to Miyako City on the coast of Iwate. They encounter a ramen that is considered legendary among locals.
In Aomori, they are introduced to the ultimate dried sardine ramen.
Also, from Miyagi, announcer Fukumorita introduces the spicy ramen of Iwanuma, a ramen battleground.
