Sorry but I cannot play the game, for some reason after I type in the serial number it says that it needs the image of the dvd, or something, does know how to solve this problem

I'm sorry but what does that mean, mount DVD in virtual DVD rom? How do you even do it? There isn't any image I can mount in Daemon tools or in the files I've downloaded.

Can someone please help me with this question, since after I punch in the serial number, it the image of the cd but I don't know where to find the image of this game in the files I downloaded, and if I can't the image there's no way I can mount it.
