not sure what it does, i picked the first option and game play is rather simple. you will two choices (the blue circle on the right, press it to turn it yellow). make a quick save before it and see whether it does nothing, or increases the girl Like or Love meter. and keep picking the option with Love and like. i did that and end up having all the CG. later in the game you get these option again without the girl meter. leaving it blue gives a H scene with the girl.

ok i have my game save and it has all the CG unlocked but has 50% in one section about the girl info. that you can change from the extras in main menu by going through some choices. not sure which save affects the CG unlock so i will include everything here.

Had no problem starting the game, well on this game you need to focus on the happyness and love bar on top. So just quick save alot until you see an increase on one of the bars.
