It appears to be a rerelease, with nothing new. File sizes are roughly the same, resolution and detail seems the same. Unless there is something new that is not visible in the early game, and not advertised on Lune or Getchu's websites, I see no differences - which means no reason to get this version if you have the 2015 release.
