I almost gave up to run this game but finally found final fix

Download applocale and install it:
https://pooi.moe/Locale-Emulator/

But to make this game run you also need time zones (it is in the same mega folder).

Install time zones and run game with applocale, now it will work.

note= I can run game without applocale, just time zones archive is enought

VM OS: Win7, all JPN config: runs perfectly

I then started a separate Locale Emulator config on Win10, the game now runs without a hitch. No idea what variables the game program's looking at. I thought setting the OS wide locale would have worked for most games (sans those with time zone check e.g. RealLive engine)

I then started a separate Locale Emulator config on Win10, the game now runs without a hitch. No idea what variables the game program's looking at. I thought setting the OS wide locale would have worked for most games (sans those with time zone check e.g. RealLive engine)

Make sure you change the language and everything setting under region into Japanese/Japan or else the game exe will shutdown the minute to start it.
