That's a bonus only if you pre-ordered the game at the official web shop. But you also have the option of just buying the CD if you've already got the game elsewhere.

Windmill games always like that. You need to copy all files in .iso and copy them on some folder on your PC, and then you can install the game. I agree, that is really stupid, when you can't run the game from disc immediately, huh...
