my PC is already install SP1 (win 7) but I can't still start the game, whenever I start the game it said "this enviroment is not support, there is a possibility that it will not start up normally" , any other suggestion? I can't play any game that Willplus releashed since June 2018 T_T

Search for "Win 7 platform update" - In the Spec of the game's official site, this is stated explicitly as a requirement for Win7 SP1.

Use the "patch" one if you've also installed the Nazuna Patch apart from the main game (the Nazuna Patch replaces the original game exe with its own).
