WHAT is the difference between Package Version and DL Version ?

If the file is original, then no difference for most games (some games have package version bonus, like NG voices and OP song). Some people prefer the package version, which feels "pristine".

DL version are a bunch of files, which could be (more easily) modified. Some uploaders here don't use Japanese Windows, so whenever they "handle" DL files in Japanese name, they all got corrupted filename.
