i cant seem to view the attachment, but are you not able to open the game exe? i notice that the game folder name is way too long, try shorten it and trying play the game after.

i still cant seem to the view file since that website is just not loading for me. not sure for this game it matters but it worth a shot, have you set you regional setting especially you non-unicode program setting to japanese language? it should be in you control panel under regional setting.

It looks like the file pathway is still too long. You have to really shorten it. I just opened the game no problem and the pathway for mine was nowhere near as long.
