Checked on two PCs - Win7 and XP, both pure japanese

There is no reason or need to inject trojans, so thank you for your FUD.
Check the other uploaders here and majority of them do their own branding, in every file.
We only do this on our own bought games and cracks.
This kind of branding is also very common in English games which no one have problem with.
If a simple 0 bytes txt is considered obnoxious, then perhaps you should not be downloading anything.

This game is available on DMM which can be easily purchased from overseas given the right tool.

Why should I stop downloading? This kind of behavior only annoys me a little, and since you monopolize the scene, there's no other stable uploaders. I dislike some of your decisions and I see nothing wrong about openly complaining about them.
BTW, if a game stops working after deleting a text file which is completely unrelated to game content, that's not an expected behavior and you should warn about that in download info.
